Problem
Customers needed a lightweight way to access their card balances and entitlements, with both QR scanning and manual lookup supported.
My contribution
- Owned the complete delivery of a customer portal using C# and JavaScript.
- Added backend token validation and reCAPTCHA v3.
- Supported QR scanning and manual card lookup to provide instant access.
Result
Customers gained immediate access to card balances and entitlements. The portal operated for more than two years without reported incidents.
